“I am very pleased with the garage door and it fitted a treat, which I fitted myself with help on the heavy parts from my daughters partner. It looks realy good and works well. My only adverse comments would be on the fitting instructions, they are not really a step by step guide for the installation and a wiring diagram would have helped as it discribed the fitting of a 2 core cable when a 3core cable was supplied and watching utube video helped a bit. But otherwise very pleased with the product and end results”

“We are absolutely delighted with our recently fitted rollerdor. The quality of the door is outstanding and the fitting team have done a lovely neat job. I had quotes almost twice of that charged by Rollerdor so I was a little apprehensive about what the quality may be like. I read several positive reviews and these gave me the confidence. I am certainly grateful to those people who took the time to write. We have ended up with a top quality job that I would say is exceedingly good value for money. “Fantastic company and product which I purchased from Rollerdoor. Helpful on phone with great price for product and prompt delivery. The receiver box and remote fobs were easy to install and work perfectly no problem. The local company who installed my roller door wanted more for one remote fob than the whole system I bought from Rollerdoor. So what can I say. Faultless !!!!! Would recommend Rollerdoor to anyone.”

“I was very impressed with the attitude on the phone when i made an enquiry about ordering two roller doors. I was assured that the delivery would be the week i needed to receive them and was given very good advice on the doors i wanted. The week came and the doors were delivered on time within the 2 hour slot the told me, impressed! Fitting of the doors was as they said with no real proplems one small query was dealt with on the phone in seconds so no drama. I would recommend Rollerdor to anyone and already have!”

“Although I found the service and price very good, and I am quite pleased with the overall functioning and look of my new door, I must admit, I am disappointed in 3 things about the door. 1. Some days I do get an exceptional amount of condensation on the inside of the door, to the extent that the water runs off it and makes the concrete floor soaking wet. 2. I am disappointed in the amount of draught that I get in my garage even thought it is supplied with brush strips to stop draughts, and as I use my garage sometimes as a work area, it can get very draughty and cold on a windy day. 3. The door fitters seemed like a couple of nice lads, and I was amazed how quickly they fitted my new door, but unfortunately, I think they need to go on a Silicone application course, as when I gave my door a closer inspection the next day, I noticed that silicone had been spread on the face of guide runners and the plastic finishing trim, this not only spoils a good job, but after a short time, it will start to look very grubby, This silicone will now have to be removed, ASAP [ which is not an easy job ] when the weather improves, and be reapplied to make a better weather seal, and also make the overall job look like it has been fitted by professionals. Perhaps the fitters should have taken just a few minutes longer, and done a better finishing job. Regards B Avery Retired Senior site Manager”

“This company will make sure you get what you need regardless of other companies hard sell ways. A telephone call will sort out what you actually need by a small team of professionals. They know the product and can help in ordering. Aftersales is good too with a quick answer to problems without 'press 1 for this, 2 for that....your in a queue' nonsense I am very happy with my purchase of a self fitted door and have had no problems whatsoever since fitting...a vast improvement on my old 'up and over' door!!”

“With this company nothing is to much trouble , any problems sorted by phone or e-mails . I installed my own door and it was much easier than anticipated the installation guide is excellent . I can only recommend Roller Door a 5 * service and equipment.”

“Good customer service, in terms of survey and quotation. There was an error with my order in that what I ordered was incorrectly delivered, but they accepted this was their error and offered to rectify immediately. Instead I accepted a discount on the agreed price. For this I would have rated them good or very good but I was disappointed in the standard of the fitting service. a lot of the pebble dashing around the door and override switch was damaged/ chipped off and no effort was made to rectify this damage. I would have expected them to fill the damage in with something to make the job look a lot neater. The door works well and looks good. Adrian Warrington.”

“Rollerdor were very efficient and helpful with advice on the phone with technical advice. When I had to return my item the refund was in my account promptly and I was even refunded the next day delivery charge. I would definitely recommend rollerdor and wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future.”

“Very satisfied with the product, prompt delivery and friendly and helpful customer service. I would comment the instruction manual could have been a little more detailed particularly on setting the door limits (but I called the helpline and then immediately understood how it worked after discussing with them).”
