“With this company nothing is to much trouble , any problems sorted by phone or e-mails . I installed my own door and it was much easier than anticipated the installation guide is excellent . I can only recommend Roller Door a 5 * service and equipment.”

“Good customer service, in terms of survey and quotation. There was an error with my order in that what I ordered was incorrectly delivered, but they accepted this was their error and offered to rectify immediately. Instead I accepted a discount on the agreed price. For this I would have rated them good or very good but I was disappointed in the standard of the fitting service. a lot of the pebble dashing around the door and override switch was damaged/ chipped off and no effort was made to rectify this damage. I would have expected them to fill the damage in with something to make the job look a lot neater. The door works well and looks good. Adrian Warrington.”

“Rollerdor were very efficient and helpful with advice on the phone with technical advice. When I had to return my item the refund was in my account promptly and I was even refunded the next day delivery charge. I would definitely recommend rollerdor and wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future.”

“Very satisfied with the product, prompt delivery and friendly and helpful customer service. I would comment the instruction manual could have been a little more detailed particularly on setting the door limits (but I called the helpline and then immediately understood how it worked after discussing with them).”

“From the moment a very helpful lady answered my initial call every aspect of dealing with rollerdor was a pleasure. My garage door was delivered on time by two very helpful and cheerful lads and as a self fit door I don't think it could be any easier. The set up instructions are very clear and it was easy to set top and bottom limits. Operation is simple, effective and smooth,it also looks great and all at the best price I could find! I would not hesitate to recommend their services.”

“I replaced two doors fitting them both on my own. Very easy job for any competent DIY'er. I am extremely pleased with the way they fitted between the brickwork and under the lintel and the operation of the doors is great. As a bonus, I even sold one old door on ebay, the other was unsalable and I had to cut it up to get it in the car to go to the tip. It is so nice to be able to open the doors from the car with the remote. Have had some heavy winds since they have been fitted and the doors are draught free.”

“I found Rollerdor a very friendly and efficient company to deal with. All enquiries were dealt with and the delivery was on time. I installed the door myself which was less trouble and time consuming than I had envisaged and I am very pleased with the look and performance of the finished result. I also saved nearly two thousand pounds on the prices from local door installers. I would gladly recommend them.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Once my old door was removed I had the Rollerdor fitted and working in 2 hours. Looks fantastic and has transformed my house. My neighbours are a little jealous as I changed the included controller and can now open it with Siri on my iPhone!”

“We have not yet fitted the garage door The communication good The service was excellent. Quality seems very good and assembled unlike some other doors we looked at.. The delivery driver was very knowledgeable and placed the door where we asked him to. He was a credit to your company.”
