“Very good service from start to finish. I had to delay the fitting several times but rollerdoor just kept the door at their warehouse until the time was right. Day of install was painless and the guys were in and out in under 2 hours. Would recommend highly.”

“Extremely pleased with the product although the instructions were complicated at times and not really suitable for the extra width of door I had so would need updating, but now I have fitted one, doing another would be very easy. Overall a great product and company to buy from. Highly recommended.”

“The installation the guys did was very neat and professional, we've had a couple of problems with our door over the last year but the customer service from Rollerdor has been very good and they've come out and fixed it each time without argument. I'd certainly recommend Rollerdor, but I would opt for them to install to receive the 5 year warranty as opposed to a DIY fit just incase you have any problems in the future.”

“delivered on time, exactly what I ordered. six months in, we had a problem with safety brake, they sent an engineer who replaced the section and I just paid the call out fee, the part was covered under warranty, no problems since and the door looks brilliant. I later ordered a spare handset, which I would recommend having in case of loss.”

“I love my new door! Coming home in freezing weather, staying in the car and pressing the button! In the morning no ice on the car. It has made everything so much easier for me. I was struggling to lift an old double door and am so pleased with the ease and look of my new one.”

“We bought a garage door from Rollerdor which developed , recurring faults .They sent engineers out on numerous occasions to fix the problem. Eventually they replaced the whole unit and now it works perfectly. I have to complement Rollerdor for their professionalism and patience for resolving my issues. To conclude I think I was unlucky with a faulty door. I would recommend Rollerdor as a very good company to deal with . Their customer service is excellent and now I have a great product”
