“Needed help with a broken door in my new home. Matthew took a great deal of time to help me diagnose the issue to make sure I only boiught what was needed. Then, fast responsive advice on how to deal with the little quirks of installing and adjusting everything to get it working perfectly. Exemplary customer service!”

“Johnny arrived to reset our rear garage door at the arranged time. He dealt with it quickly and effectively and it has worked properly since. We also ordered two RD 1 controllers for the front garage door because we have sometimes accidentally set them off with the uncovered controls and the door has been open overnight. The controllers with covers arrived promptly and with advice from a lady at Rollerdor, over the phone, I was able to set them up to work the door. Every dealing that we have had with Rollerdor has been excellent.”

“I bought my rollerdor about 13 years ago - I broke something and phoned them up !!! Wow I had a brain aneurysm 10 year and the speech isn’t great - but the owner took care of me . It’s a 10 out of 10 !!”
