The installation the guys did was very neat and professional, we've had a couple of problems with our door over the last year but the customer service from Rollerdor has been very good and they've come out and fixed it each time without argument. I'd certainly recommend Rollerdor, but I would opt for them to install to receive the 5 year warranty as opposed to a DIY fit just incase you have any problems in the future.
