delivered on time, exactly what I ordered. six months in, we had a problem with safety brake, they sent an engineer who replaced the section and I just paid the call out fee, the part was covered under warranty, no problems since and the door looks brilliant. I later ordered a spare handset, which I would recommend having in case of loss.
