“The doors have been fitted for a few months and are used most days to get the car out - I have had no issues so far and I am generally pleased with everything.”

“I was very pleased with the garage door that i purchased . The quality and service i received was very good and the sales team were very helpful. The only negatives were that for self installation, the wiring instructions for the motor were quite vague in regard to connecting the brake system. a wiring diagram would have been helpful. When i contacted the technical helpline about this , i was promised a return call but did not receive a call back so i had to figure it out by myself. Overall I was very pleased with the Door.”

“good quality for the price i paid. I fitted the door myself and it went up without a hitch really. A slight concern about the remote keypad, some times it continues to roll down instead of up and passes the limits i have set. Overall very pleased and would fit another if i was looking.”

“First roller door was knocked about by the delivery driver however a replacement was despatched within the week. The build quality leaves a lot to be desired the door has fell off its brackets a number of times to the point where I have left the outer casing off just in case the door decides not to stop which it appears to do frequently, the customer service is good and my queries have always been dealt with quickly this is why I have rated the company on this review as good but I would not recommend the door to anyone else.”

“Fitters were very professional and completed the install neatly and without fuss. I am very pleased with the door though I don't feel it's quite as secure as I expected.”

“Good communications. I have bought two doors and I am satisfied with both. I purchased on a self installation basis and Rollerdor were very helpful in sorting out teething troubles. I would buy from Rollerdor again.”

“Delivered earlier than expected as a replacement for a broken up & over unit. Helpful driver unloading was a bonus. Unit fitted and wired by myself in 90 minutes with help from one person. Accurately manufactured and works perfectly - It looks great and is far more secure than its predecessor. I'll be buying another for my workshop. Better instructions could be produced with photos from an actual installation. All-in-all we are very pleased with the result.”

“Self install. Once tracks fitted roller door dropped into place and set up easy. Not as quiet as I would have liked otherwise ok.”
