“delivered on time, exactly what I ordered. six months in, we had a problem with safety brake, they sent an engineer who replaced the section and I just paid the call out fee, the part was covered under warranty, no problems since and the door looks brilliant. I later ordered a spare handset, which I would recommend having in case of loss.”

“My Rollerdor is only 3 years old. After a year of average use, when it failed to operate I phoned Rollerdor and was told that the 2 batteries in the control box fitted on the door needed to replaced. These are AA 3.6 volt batteries that I could only get them on line and they are quite expensive. The new batteries only lasted 1 month so I replaced them again, after replacing the batteries 4 times I phoned Rollerdor again and was told that the control box needed to be replaced this cost me £70 plus the cost of batteries. A garage door and components on this item should be good for 7 to 10 years therefore I am quite disappointed with the product and think Rollerdor should have replaced this item free of charge.”

“I love my new door! Coming home in freezing weather, staying in the car and pressing the button! In the morning no ice on the car. It has made everything so much easier for me. I was struggling to lift an old double door and am so pleased with the ease and look of my new one.”

“We bought a garage door from Rollerdor which developed , recurring faults .They sent engineers out on numerous occasions to fix the problem. Eventually they replaced the whole unit and now it works perfectly. I have to complement Rollerdor for their professionalism and patience for resolving my issues. To conclude I think I was unlucky with a faulty door. I would recommend Rollerdor as a very good company to deal with . Their customer service is excellent and now I have a great product”

“the roller door I purchased is the best door I have ever fitted, I fixed it in my garage with no problems, I accidentelly damaged a component and Roller door told me how to fix it and the part the parts I needed their after sales service is very good.”

“I fitted a double Rollerdoor to my garage about four years ago and everything worked just as it should until I managed to jam the door whilst carrying out some DIY and broke the straps connecting the door to the roller. a quick phone call to Rollerdoor and payment over the phone, next-day delivery and the door was up and running again. I am hoping to move house shortly and when I do I will be fitting another Rollerdoor to the garage in the new house.”

“Outstanding garage door worth every penny. Have been using it for perhaps 2 and half years without incident. Very pleased. Which is more than I can say of the instruction manual/ internet instructions which is dire. Much pretends to relate to your door but does not. Photos are impossible to relate to what you have infront of you. Door one took absolutely ages to fit. Once I had figured out what to do the second one took just a day.”
