“I am unable to send an email to the UK to notify them I did not get my order. I do not have ability to contact them by phone. They did not verify my residential address before shipping and the post office box in town refused it. DHL said they handed it over to a third party to deliver but could not tell me who the company is. The post office said it was not them. UPS said it was not them.”

“Delivery day 1: DPD will deliver between DPD failed to deliver on three occasions over 3 days - delivery will be ....driver is running late...item is at Bristol depot...sorry we missed you - bastards never called - 3 days running and I waited in for 4 hours on 2 of those days. Finally collected from Argos. Rohan is 100% to blame for employing such a cowboy outfit and shows contempt for it's customers. Goodbye Rohan”

“Rohan seem to have lost all reason when it comes to sizing. I ordered a ‘large’, and the sleeves were at least 20cm too long, it would have fitted a monkey. Trousers as well vary in size, to the point that I now won’t buy Rohan online again. Some sizes are fine, some of the same size are too small, others too big, absolutely no standard.”

“Microgrid jacket size medium was purchased online 29 oct as birthday present. Completely ill-fitting in body and arms. Actual size greater than large. Taken back to Rohan, Covent Garden on 8 nov, with photos, and exchanged to small. This too did not fit, and too long in arms. Returned by post having spoken with customer services. This garment, and batch in manufacturing, can't have passed any Quality Control process to be placed for sale. Costly exercise for no return !!!!”

“So, here’s the thing. I’m looking forward to receiving my Rohan order, and I’m sure the product will be up to its usual standard. Will, I buy online again? Absolutely not! I’m currently at the mercy of the delinquent jokers at DPD. Until I have the absolute and categorical assurance that DPD will not be allowed anywhere near my order in future, Rohan will miss out on my business.”

“The garment delivered bore no resemblance to the online description. When I tried to get the label to send it back it took two days to get the system to work, myself, a graduate programmer and the local postmaster all spent considerable time on it. Don’t even think of buying any Rohan product until you have personally had hold of it.”

“We spent £118 one day in the last week or so and had to pay the postage. The veRyan next day I received a message to say - spend £50 and get free delivery. We spend significant amounts with yourselves and feel cheated by this. The dates were the 4th and 5th of July.”

“I have been buying Rohan gear for 20+ years and always found it to be great. Disappointed to then buy goods on offer item at 20% reduction and a couple of weeks later see it on sale for even less. Realise the process of sales But this timing, so close, leaves a very bad taste.”

“The Rohan website has a section on delivery including EU countries. This shows the cost for deliveries and delivery dates. You can click on it for further information but this is not of much use as the additional information literally flashes up for one second (I timed it) making it difficult if not almost impossible to see. This was unfortunate for me as this is where the information on customs duties etc is essentially hidden. Essentially they are payable in your EU country. In my case these were duties of €36.91 on a purchase of €82.50 i.e. a total to me of €119.51. Its safe to say I am unlikely to ever be ordering something from this company again as I cannot justify paying a premium of 45% when I can purchase items of identical if not better quality for the lower price from Germany etc.”

“Placed an order in the Cambridge shop for a couple of shirts which were both available but out of stock in the shop for delivery to my home address. Only one has been delivered to date and I have no idea when the other will be delivered as I have received no emails with tracking info etc. Perhaps I have been unlucky with the order.”

“I had high hopes of these shoes as they had such good reviews but the sizing was wrong. I bought the wide but they were still very narrow and did not fit well at all. Very uncomfortable and disappointing.”

“I bought a pair of these trousers in September and have worn them constantly since. So I thought I would buy another pair. What a disappointment! What has happened to them? The top of the legs are baggy but from the knee down they are super-skinny. They looked awful and I’ve had to return them. I don’t appreciate having to spend £3.95 postage to get such a poor pair of jeans., especially as I generally like Rohan clothes.”
