“High quality items. Quite large sizes in some items so dropped a size & might have got away with 2 sizes. Can't check as I have what I need & can't afford to try a smaller size!”

“We have had Rohan gear for over 30 years. All the classic items - trousers, jackets, fleeces - are great value and technically sound. Products have evolved and been refined, like a bit of stretch in things!”

“Waterproof trousers with pockets, side pockets and a belt loop - looked everywhere and eventually found them at Rohan. Somewhat pricey (hence 4 stars not 5), but hopefully good long lasting quailty.”

“Prompt and friendly service. Sadly the ecco boot/shoes were out of stock for my size, and I didn't think I'd ordered too late in the day. When checking for a restock - no they won't be included; such a shame when so many items are available for us to buy again and again over time. Joan”

“I purchase a lot of outdoor clothing for hiking but have not generally viewed Rohan as my first choice. However, I recently purchased the Kendal long waterproof jacket as a sale item. The quality of the garment is clearly excellent, being well finished, practical and well thought out. In a highly competitive sector, I would place Rohan as having a foot in ‘two camps’ - trying to please those looking for a more conservative/smart appearance, combined with dependable performance [for outdoor activities]. I think that for many potential purchasers, this may be Rohan’s Achilles heel. While the quality of their products seems to be very good, I would like to see Rohan produce a range of clothing that combines this excellent quality, with a more ‘dynamic’ design, which would compete with the top brands in this sector. If they did this, I would definitely consider purchasing their clothing again and again.”

“Rohan clothes are in general super comfortable, light in weight and easy to care for. They are expensive but we’ll made and last a long time. For travelling they are hard to beat. I never buy them full price, I always wait until there is a sale.”

“Good quality clothing at a high price unless you shop in sales. Sizes vary a lot so need to try things on first. Not always the most stylish but most people buy for outdoor use. They keep discontinuing things I like!”

“Rohan service is second to non. However in my experience, your website is awful. I needed to be sent a new password which you sent. It would not work. After many attempts, I tried to log in as a guest, but I was blocked as I had a login account set up. I was only able to order when my wife was able to check in as a guest. Really you have to actually know Rohan to go through all of that. However you 'human' side is superb.”
