“I own many Rohan garments...jackets, trousers and shorts....my wardrobe speaks for itself and the quality of Rohan products. Quite simply Rohan is a requisite for Summer and Winter wear....comfortable, stylish and durable Rohan is simply a knockout.”

“Just received my Tamar waterproof, and very happy with it. I ordered the largest option, and have tried it over my size Large Pioneer Vest, which I am likely to be wearing whenever it is called into use, and it fits fairly easily. I think it might be a bit awkward to put on over a size XL. but would be fine once in place. It is well made, and will pack inside its chest pocket, (minus the map holder), and that is probably how it will travel in my backpack. 4 stars only because it might be tight over the XL options for a well padded senior such as myself.”

“I have long been a fan of Rohan right back to the early days in Long Preston. More recently some of the designs have been a little too style over substance for me. Nevertheless there are still excellent designs to be found. I do worry about the use of 'forever chemicals' in some of the clothes and would like to see clearer statements on this.”

“I have been buying and using Rohan for decades. However, you have changed direction from hillwalking and bad weather towards towns and tours and cruises. Base layers and inner layers good but not jackets. Little thought given to jackets worn with rucksacks. Your clothes last for ever.”

“I'm generally very pleased with Rohan products, I usually buy during sales because I think they are expensive at regular prices. Once I get the offers I am almost always satisfied, products are high spec, good quality and at sale prices, great value. I think the repair service is outstanding and many products are simply excellent. Not all, socks and underwear are pretty basic, colours can be drab but product performance and functionality is usually excellent. I have a pair of trousers which I bought 15 years ago and would wear every day if possible!”

“The quality of rohan cloths is excellent, they last for many years, infact I've never managed to wear anything out yet. My one gripe is the fit of their tops. Some years ago, the way their tops were cut changed, so anything that fitted me on my bust and shoulders, will not fit over my hips - this didn't used to be the case, I have old Rohan tops that are a perfect fit, but today, I can no longer buy the tops. With trousers I find they are generally too tight on the waist if they fit my hips, however I have discovered Troggings which are a fantatic walking trouser for cooler times in the year and Roamers, which with their waist which is elasticated all round, I have also found very comfortable for summer walking.”

“Expensive t-shirts compartively, but worth the money. Like the fact they arent shiny but matt, and if you sweat it wicks off. Have 3 now and pleased with them-sometimes its just worth spending good money”

“I have always found Rihan products to be top quality &cto last a long time. However, the "short" length trousers are now 29" when they used to be 27" & so I have to pay to have them taken up. Disappointing!”

“Each item I have had exceeds expectations. Trousers like a second skin, jackets/coats fit beautifully, no problem with zips etc, Recently purchased the money belt. Doesn't feel as though you've got it on and the added protection for cards etc so important. I bought two more for my sons, one a fisherman and one who loves walking.”

“Beautiful green - love colour. I'm in-between 14/16 so opt fir 16 nice n roomy for layers. However the sleeves are way too long even with tightest fit with velcro. Haven't worn it yet but looks great quality.”

“Pleased with my cap and the hat which was a present for my mother. TBH the cap could be bigger (even though I ordered L/XL) - I wear mine when I'm out walkies and want it secure on my bonce so it doesn't get blown off in the wind !!!”
