“I’ve worn microgrid jacket or zip neck top for decades now. Sadly, I just can’t wear these gaudy colours! Black, grey, true navy at a pinch… these layer well with other clothing. Sorry Rohan… I can’t buy these in the current colours (I bought the jacket in true navy. It would be far more useful in black).”

“Excellent kit if rather expensive. I was surprised to find a microgrid jacket for £140 on sale only a short scroll away from the same item selling for £70. Is this a good idea? I had an odd experience trying to order online. I got through most of the fields but then, despite an obviously UK address, I had to choose a country but the list didn't include UK, sceptr'd isle or wherever. I gave up at that point and only returned the next day at your prompting when the country nonsense had by then disappeared. That was an order you nearly missed.”

“Excellent quality products though big differences in sizes - lack of consistency in measurements e.g. in some trousers 34 is fine, in others need 36. Consequently I often order the 2 sizes and then return one. Unfortunately, the other negative is having go wait 8 to 10 days for a refund of your money. Don't understand this as other companies will refund often within 4 days.”

“This is the only retailer that I know of to sell winter trousers designed to keep legs warm. I think I first found out about Rohan in the English Heritage member's rewards when there was a discount for EH members. Even after Rohan withdrew from the scheme, I still bought new winter or waterproof trousers from them whenever I needed any as there are reliable. However, if I could gove one criticism I would like a the choice of colours to include neutral colours e.g. grey or black which would be useful when visiting sectarian areas such as Glasgow or Northern Ireland.”

“Rohan goods are undoubtedly very good quality and I am very happy with the t-shirt that I recently bought. However, I have dropped from my usual 5-star due to their very restricted sock selection. I had intended to buy a couple of pairs of the short, trainer-style socks, that are ideal for summer walking, avoiding the white lines up my legs. Sadly, they were no longer available.”

“There was some confusion about where my Helios jacket was coming from . I received two different messages. However the excellent person on your customer telephone sorted it in an efficient and friendly way and DPD even managed to deliver it a day early. And the jacket is excellent. Thanks”

“Provider of great quality clothing. Materials are very good. Some of the styles are not to everyones taste, but if your shopping in store it's easy to try before you buy. Online shopping and returning is a good experience too.”

“Buy Rohan clothing during sales only, as consider full price expensive I am a small man and wish you offered 28” waist and shorter leg and T shirt lengths. Over the 20-25 years I have purchased Rohan there has been a gradual decline in the durability of the clothing”

“I have worn Rohan for many years with complete satisfaction. and hope to do so for many more. However why has the leg pocket in the roamers been reduced to a useless size? it is such a convenient pocket but now it is too small to hold a phone or pretty much anything else. A return to the original size of pocket would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.”
