Winter jeans extremely uncomfortable. Heavy,too long in small size in both leg and back measurements and crutch hangs low. Completely different to the normal ones which fitted much better. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I have bought several pairs of trousers 2 of which split at the crotch within a year of purchase. In addition several Tshirts have lost their surface texture within a year. Very disappointing because I have previous purchases which have lasted for several years.

I am extremely disappointed that a gift card that I have which I am sure still has some credit on it is now worthless because Rohan say it has expired! I believe it is outrageous that a company can accept hard earned cash for a gift card and then after just 12 months pocket the money! There is no defence for such action, there is not even a date of purchase on the card and the small print on the reverse is very very small. If you have a £20 pound note it does not become worthless after 12 months!

I bought GR Explorer trousers earlier this year. Great to wear but they were washed yesterday for the first time. I have carefully washed at 30 degrees as wool and they seemed to be drying nicely. However thsy need to be ironed! Therefore not a candidate to come on a long hike with a night or two of camping. Will not buy again.

I tried to place an order on-line but the advertised 30% off for a second linen item did not come through at check out. I called customer service and the woman said I would have to do the whole order over the phone. I said I did not have time to do that (since I had a large order and had already spent 30 minutes on the website). I asked if there was a problem with the website and she hung up on me! Wow. Bad website operation and outrageously rude customer service.

The elite trousers leaked marginally from pretty much new. I didn't use them a lot probably not even 10 times hence when I came to use them in a downpour recently I got further leakage and totally soaked. Rohans response is things deteriote. Check these trousers they are brand new condition the seams are not even any where near worn!!!!!! Really they should have replaced them but didn't. I have no confidence in this product now and need to make a purchase elsewhere for waterproof trousers.

Regular customer at our local store Betws y Coed. Bought 4th pair of jeans from them on Tuesday 17th April. Then discovered rohan had sale..they must have known!. 25% off the jeans I had just bought. Not sure it pays to be a valued customer.

Refused refund from you Exeter office - Had to complain to Rohan Customers services. Purchased 3 pair on liner socks insect repellent. Poor chioce - will not stay up & soon lost shape - Hilly socks so much superior

Last year I bought a blue coat from Rohan shop in Harrogate: when I tried on it seems like the lining inside was pulling the fabric and I thought it was because the coat hasn't been properly ironed, but I am afraid that wasn't the case! The lining has been sewn in the wrong way and nothing I could have done to correct it. Very disappointed as the coat wasn't a cheap item! I have had another bad experience with a walking jacket. When I bought it it was very nice and comfortable. I wore it for mountain walking and it was good. Then last year I went to watch the Tattoo in Edimburgh and ...it rained quite hard. My jacket, that Rohan claimed to be waterproof, was soaked with water to the extent that was impossible to wear it. Again another item not really cheap, bought from York shop. More than disappointed. I don't trust Rohan anymore.

Incorrect size.I have had this size (48 chest) in the past and it has always been a comfortable fit.this time I could not button up or stretch.very disappointed.

Customer service very poor.I was in store ,in York to buy a waterproof coat and a waterproof trousers . I thought that I will get help to choose my coat but actually one of the staff member said that that they don’t have the coat in store anymore and she can’t get it for me. Store messy

Voucher system just does not work - previous one £40 apparently just has expired (twelve month time limit in smallest of print - very nice indeed, how pleasant to find this out when trying to buy online), as a gift... Current one (£50, purchased by my wife about a month ago), just tried to buy jacket in the sale - mysteriously, the £50 amount showed, then instantaneously disappeared. Now `locked/expired`.... The poorest and most cynical way of gouging money from customers given as `gift`. The `gift that just keeps on giving` - to Rohan. Do not buy vouchers. I bought a Dry Delta jacket recently. Within a couple of weeks one of the poppers on the sleeve broke. This is a nice jacket spoilt by using cheap plastic poppers which don't last five minutes. Metal poppers or Velcro would be much better.

I went to the shop to pick up my order - a special trip. it was not there as they said the bank holiday meant the order would take longer, though I had not been informed of that. The staff really didn't seem to care, and in an empty shop I felt that they really wished I wasn't bothering them. I tried on the same garments in the shop that I had ordered and they did not fit - but the staff would not return the parcel without me going in yet again to reject it! So I have to make another trip to the store before I get a refund. Not ordering from Rohan again - the clothing is hard wearing, the service pretty poor.

I was disappointed in the sizing of both pairs of trousers and took them to York to return to you. I bought another style trouser in the same size as ordered on the Internet, no problems. So only ended up with one full price trousers! I never have success with the Souk!!!!!

I have been buying Rohan products for years both in store and online. The delivery did not take place and i had to make a 50 mile round trip to try and pick up my product after the correct address hadn't been provided to the delivery company. When I go to their hub I was informed that it was in fact at a different location approx 60 miles from where I had attended. At that point I gave up and having told DPD the correct location it was delivered the next day. The upshot of this was that I didnt receive the product for 7/8 days. Unsatisfactory given your company delivery policy. James Mathieson.
