I bought Malay trousers in the sale. They did not fit and I returned them on 19/7/21 and asked for a refund. I telephoned 29/7/21 to ask why I had not received a refund. I was told that the trousers had been received the day before and the person said she would process the refund straight away and I would receive it wi5in 3-5 days. No refund has been received. Very slow service I would not buy from Rohan again.
