“Very experienced staff who know the local turf intimately.I worked with Debbie Marlow on the sale of our property. Several sales fell through before we completed , however Debbie anticipated problems and is obviously very adept and handling multiple aspects of the sales cycle .She was always on the ball and very responsive. I would recommend Robert Ellis .”

“Our house sale and purchase dragged on for a number of reasons out with our control and then all the lockdown conditions arrived with the Coronavirus. All through this Holly was very helpful and kept in touch with us and our sellers until we finally completed our move.”

“Very professional from the outset. The team are all very knowledgable, and took some amazing pictures. Debbie was allocated to us and she made regular contact, keeping me updated every step of the way. A very professional estate agents and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“I've just completed on a tricky sale and Robert Ellis have been absolutely fantastic throughout. Communication was frequent and friendly, viewings were well organised and hassle free and perhaps most importantly the team have been a pleasure to work with. A special shout out needs to go to Dawn the Office Manager who was a massive help throughout the process - she was a calming influence during what can be a stressful thing to do and was responsive and understanding when I had questions about progress. I would strongly recommend using Robert Ellis and will ask them to represent me again in the future if/when I move in the future!”

“,just sold our property in Sandiacre completed today, would just like to thank Nathan for his advice, great photos and for turning on the heating when the weather was cold nothing was too much trouble also Claire who was always helpful cheerful and kept us up to date through the whole selling process. “Caroline was amazing - supported me through every aspect of buying my present home and I even received a call from her when I moved in to wish me the best. A nice touch to a great service. When it's my turn to sell a home I know who I will be returning too! A lovely touch by Robert Ellis providing me with a gift card for a local restaurant and gym pass on completion of my purchase. More estate agents need to step up their game!”

“Very efficient service and couldn't have been more helpful, correspondence from Debbie Marlow first class. And under difficult encounters on final days managed to come to a fair agreement with the buyer and followed it through really quickly to exchange and completion. Brilliant!!!!”
