“Very efficient service and couldn't have been more helpful, correspondence from Debbie Marlow first class. And under difficult encounters on final days managed to come to a fair agreement with the buyer and followed it through really quickly to exchange and completion. Brilliant!!!!”

“Very happy with the service i received from Robert Ellis as an estate agent, always very professional and ready to help with advice, the staff in the office were always very happy polite and extremely good at getting back to us with feedback from viewings, i most give a special thank you to Courtney Ellerslie who i feel put her self out to make sure everything we asked for was completed with no fuss at all, she was very polite and efficient in her work. would totally recommend Robert Ellis on to anyone wanting to sell there property.”

“We have asked Robert Ellis to sell 3 properties for us over a period of 10 years and they are very good at selling houses. For the third property there were some initial issues with the photos of the property but these were quickly resolved and Melanie kept us up to date throughout the sale. There were complications with the sale of the third property outside our control and we felt that toward the end of the sale period we were not always treated as the client in the process”

“All the staff at Robert Ellis were professional, courteous and very helpful in the purchase of my bungalow. In particular Karen who conducted my viewing (however I was quite surprised to view with another buyer as I wasn't told that would be happening) and Melanie who kept me updated with the situation as things progressed.”

“Excellent service from Robert Ellis (Stapleford). We bought and sold through them and they couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Paul found us the exact property we wanted and Debbie was on hand to help us through the whole process, even when it got a bit stressful at times (nothing to do with Robert Ellis!) We would definitely recommend them.”
