“This is not the first time that we have used Robert Ellis to handle the sale of a property. What you get is someone who goes the extra mile for you, unlike some other agents. When you phone Robert Ellis, generally you can speak to someone who knows about your property, in our case it was Louise. If she wasn't available one of her colleagues would try to help or pass a message on and you would always have your call returned. I would gladly recommend Robert Ellis to any prospective vendor. Thank you for all your help.”

“I recently sold my house with Robert Ellis, the team member who looked after my property was amazing, within 2 weeks the house was sold, she organised all the viewings and sorted everything out. During the process of the sale she was always keeping informed of everything going off. So professional. I would definitely recommend this agency and would recommend dealing with Lorraine. Great team member put you at ease all the way through the process. Massive thank you Lorraine.”

“I can’t commend Joely highly enough. Buying a house is a stressful time but Joely’s patience and calm approach helped me and my husband feel in control throughout the process. “Very helpful. Neil very knowledgeable. I pestered the people in our local branch alot. They never made me feel less important, always had time for me. I was never made to feel they were running for the hills everytime I appeared.cos I would have been. The photos were super made our house look great. Marketing good. Communications were good. House sold very quickly which was the aim. Thanks to the team at Robert Ellis Arnold”

“Outstanding performance by the team at Robert Ellis. From the initial phone call with the gentleman that answered the phone, I knew that they were friendly, professional and cared. They managed to find me a cash buyer who paid above the asking price. We completed after just 5 weeks! I have to give a special mention to Lauren, Sandra, Megan and Charlotte the photographer. Robert Ellis exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend.”
