I dealt with a gentleman called Neill who came to value it, he was extremely professional and his knowledge of the housing market was exceptional - he certainly knew his stuff! He gave me lots of advice on the best way of selling and guided me through the whole process. This resulted in a very quick sale - less than a week!- and the whole thing went extremely smoothly without any hold-ups. Two ladies in the office, Megan and Lauren, were always available to answer any queries, always in a cheerful manner, and they kept me updated on how things were going either by telephone or email.
