“Initial marketing and sales negotiations were well handled. Most significant positive from my point of view was the ongoing contact and communication during the legals stage. Chasing the chain down and making sure action was taken to progress to completion, so many agents just "drop the ball" after the sale is agreed.”

Courtney was our dedicated representative, but from the very moment of listing, to the end sale of our house, we could not have had a better, more dedicated team. They have been approachable and have understood our needs and requirements, they have been forethcomong with any relevant information and would not hesitate to list with Robert Ellis in the future. “I have just completed the purchase of a property for my parents to retire into. To say it wasn’t smooth sailing is an understatement and we cropped up with every problem possible along the way from illnesses, broken bones and a few financial hick ups. Throughout the whole process Holly was on hand to try and keep me calm, reassure me and guide me in the right direction. We must have exchanged so many emails and telephone calls (even on her days off) that Holly is now officially on my Xmas card list haha. Thank you for everything Holly and I am so pleased we got there in the end. Best wishes Liz x”

“Joe and Abbie were very helpful. At the viewing I got all the time I needed to check out the place and ask many questions and Joe was happy to help. I was pressured by time in order to leave previous property and Abbie reassured me that all will be done and available in a timely manner, which it did. She was very patient in explaining how things would work. Very happy with the communication and availability of the team. Agency fees also reasonable. No complaints so far so I would gladly recommend Robert Ellis to people looking for a new place to rent.”

“This has got to be the best estate agents that we have ever dealt with. Friendly, helpful and efficient. They new the market so well that we sold within days at a price which was right for both us and the buyer. Claire kept us informed throughout.
