“Melanie at the Beeston branch was fantastic. Communication was first rate. I was always kept informed of any changes by email or telephone as required. If Melanie was not available a message left with another colleague always resulted in a return call. Any questions were answered in full. The service provided was five star. And as I was selling the house at a distance made easier by the information, help and advice provided by Melanie. Thank you”

“Friendly service great help and our senior valuer Nicole beatles was brilliant she knows her market and understands what the client wants. Highly recommended her. All the staff at Roberts Ellis sales office so easy to talk to and very friendly. They also have a great mortgage and financial adviser Tim who is a straight talking kinda guy very honest.”

“I sold my house with Robert Ellis in 2016 and it was nothing but seamless. When I came to rent my property out this year Robert Ellis were my first and only choice. The professionalism and communication is second to none. Clair is a fab branch manager who has made me feel at ease through the whole process of renting out my property. She has marketed and rented out my property in a super fast time finding me a high quality tenant! 5 stars doesn’t seem high enough! 10/10.”

“Abbie (and Joe who showed me the flat) were brilliant and the service I received by Robert Ellis was excellent. Abbie was very helpful throughout the process and was quick to contact me with any information she thought I might need regarding my application as well as works that were being done in the flat. Today when I went in to sign my lease, she was friendly and answered all my questions as well as assured me I'd be contacted if I needed to know anything further. I am very happy that I'll be renting a flat with this company!”
