“This is the first time using River Voyages but so far it has been excellent service from booking agent, Gillian. Nothing was too much trouble. She was polite, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and very efficient. Hope the cruises are as good!”

“Helen Conway arranged everything beautifully and quickly for our forthcoming trip to Prague and Danube river cruise. We had previously been told by at least two other river cruise companies that we would not be able to find a trip in November. However, Helen proved them wrong and all the arrangements were finalised in a very friendly and efficient way. Well done, Helen and we will certainly use your company on a future occasion. Thank you. “I phoned with a number of questions regarding our upcoming cruise. The phone was answered promptly by Beth Gallery one of the River Cruise's service concierge's and she was brilliant. She had answers to all my questions and allayed all my fears regarding accommodation and my wife's mobility scooter and organised a couple of other requests I had. Excellent work Beth and River Voyages, Thank you.”

“I needed to speak with someone from the concierge team to amend some details and was put in touch with Beth Gallery. She made the necessary changes and was very helpful with other queries. I felt Beth genuinely wanted to help and was very reassuring answering my questions. Thank you Beth.”

“We have dealed eewith Erin who booked our river cruise on the Rhine in july. Her service regarding any questions we had were answerd promply and that is why we booked our next trip next year with her in September to Budapest to the Black Sea. Her service in 100% and nothing is too much for her even outside working hours. You have a star in Erin.”

“The service and advice we got from Cruise Concierge Gillian Stark was excellent and her colleague Sofie has also been helpfull when Gill was not available.. Gill has also impressed my friend Robert and his wife who has also booked the same cruise and will be travelling with me and my wife.”

“Gill was very helpful on the phone, as we had seen a river cruise but do not fly. She sent us 4 holidays where we wanted to go and on the dates we had asked for. All is now booked up for next year , with rail travel to and from our ship. Thank you for your help and guidance.”

“We have just spent a most wonderful week on board the Lord Byron. Fabulous places and trips very dedicated staff and exceptional food. This was our third river cruise never been disappointed so much so just booked for next year can’t wait.”
