“This is our second booking with River Voyages and on both occasions, Erin has been our cruise concierge. I gave feedback following the first booking as the service she provided was exceptional and pleased to say this time has been exceptional too. My husband has mobility problems and, as a result, our needs are complex. As a seasoned travellers we know the pitfalls and plan our holidays with great care to ensure we both have a good experience. Erin understands what is important to us to ensure a safe trip and has ensured everything is in place for our holiday next week. She emailed to check our travel documents arrived safely and are in order. She has emailed the private taxi company to let them know we will be the last passengers off the plane as we have Assistance. Nothing worse than a driver thinking we have missed the plane and left the airport - and yes this has happened to us once before….. I am sure Erin’s heart must sink when an email from me pings up on her screen or we have a phone conversation, but she remains cheerful and always follows things up - unusual in this day and age. She is a true professional and her can do attitude means everything to passengers like us. She always goes the extra mile and her employers should be very proud of her. Thank you Erin.”

“Owing to an unfortunate & unexpected medical event , my wife & I reluctantly had to cancel our proposed river cruise but throughout the whole procedure of initially booking the cruise and its subsequent cancellation , I found the whole procedure administered by Concierge & Customer Services personnel Gillian Stark and Rachael Butterworth to be exemplary with little personal touches making life a lot easier . We look forward to making another reservation through River Voyages on some future occasion . Many thanks both !”

“The advisor that dealt with my booking was named Simon. I cannot find words to say how helpful he was. It is for our 50th Wedding Anniversary so very important to us. If this guy is a type that works there then I hope we picked the right company.”

“We booked a Viking River cruise with Erin who was very helpful. After some issues on the cruise we decided to make a complaint and sent off to Viking who said they would deal with issues and contact us via Rivervoyages.com with the agreed ABTA guidelines of 28 days. We received a response within the time frame and were happy with the service received from Rivervoyages and would use again.”

“We have done quite a few of these and always found the Crew attentive to our varied needs. Janet has been very helpful indeed in helping answer questions and also doing our bookings. “Helen Conway, the cruise concierge, who dealt with our enquiry and subsequent booking, was very efficient, friendly, patient and helpful throughout. “Our Cruise Concierge Sue Thomas was very professional and extremely helpful and offered us several options for the cruise experience we were seeking. Once we had decided on a route, she worked hard to ensure the flights were eventually sorted, and we are really looking forward to our holiday. We would certainly use River Voyages again in the future.”
