“Most helpful phone call with Natalie even though the cruise said fully booked online she found us a cabin that was available. -straight forward application forms online.”

“Helen was very helpful, have me lots of information, was very knowledgeable about the trip we had choosen, answered all my queries. Although UK citizens not resident there and was very helpful about payments receiving tickets etc.”

She explained the differences between different cruises and used her own recent personal experience (eg in relation to helping us booking the quieter of the two cabins available) to support our decision-making.”

“Your travel concierge Emma is ALWAYS excellent and she never sounds fed-up when we constantly change our minds - I wish all sales staff everywhere were the same! All the holidays we have booked with them have the personal touch and with the exception of one River Cruise (not Rover Voyages fault - just the fault of the actual Cruise Manager being too full of her own self importance!!) we were delighted and looking forward to the one we have already booked very soon!! Thank you Emma!!”
