“Booking was processed quickly. Concierge was polite and efficient. The on-line booking management system is user friendly. One negative, the concierge promised the Booking Confirmation would be emailed to me and I would receive it within 30 minutes. This was only achieved by by-passing the River Voyages computer delivery system. Through the system it took 4 days.”

“This was our second booking in 24 hours with River Voyages as we were so impressed the first time. A different member of staff but equally efficient. Even suggested changing departure airport as it would save us a 3 hour transfer instead of a 30 minute transfer by changing departure airport.”

“Excellent service and advice from Sue, she gave us information that we just would not have been aware of if we'd booked independently. Documents arrived swiftly and a courtesy phone call to check that all was well a few days later was much appreciated. Amazing all round - thank you!”
