“I would like to just comment on my experience today with booking a river cruise for a party of five. I found your representative Claire Ketteringham to be very helpful, efficient and professional and also mention my initial contact, Gillian Stark. for her diligence in finding a suitable cruise for us. So I would highly recommend your company to anyone looking for a good cruise deal.”

“I booked our Mekong river cruise through Helen Conway whom I cannot praise highly enough for the excellent service I received. Her professionalism, manner and attention to detail was exceptional. I have never experienced such personal service with other cruise agencies as I have with Helen and River Voyages, The same goes for our first river cruise on the Rhine and Danube last year which was fantastic. We will certainly exclusively book through Helen and River Voyages for our ocean and river cruises in the future.”

“This is our second booking with River Voyages and on both occasions, Erin has been our cruise concierge. I gave feedback following the first booking as the service she provided was exceptional and pleased to say this time has been exceptional too. My husband has mobility problems and, as a result, our needs are complex. As a seasoned travellers we know the pitfalls and plan our holidays with great care to ensure we both have a good experience. Erin understands what is important to us to ensure a safe trip and has ensured everything is in place for our holiday next week. She emailed to check our travel documents arrived safely and are in order. She has emailed the private taxi company to let them know we will be the last passengers off the plane as we have Assistance. Nothing worse than a driver thinking we have missed the plane and left the airport - and yes this has happened to us once before….. I am sure Erin’s heart must sink when an email from me pings up on her screen or we have a phone conversation, but she remains cheerful and always follows things up - unusual in this day and age. She is a true professional and her can do attitude means everything to passengers like us. She always goes the extra mile and her employers should be very proud of her. Thank you Erin.”

“I used Riviera Voyages in error having been confused over the similarity to Riviera Travel who we planned to book a holiday with.However they not only booked the chosen cruise holiday satisfactorily but gave a discount £30 less per person than the brochure prices.Every little helps and I shall use them again when I decide on a river cruise.”

“Owing to an unfortunate & unexpected medical event , my wife & I reluctantly had to cancel our proposed river cruise but throughout the whole procedure of initially booking the cruise and its subsequent cancellation , I found the whole procedure administered by Concierge & Customer Services personnel Gillian Stark and Rachael Butterworth to be exemplary with little personal touches making life a lot easier . We look forward to making another reservation through River Voyages on some future occasion . Many thanks both !”
