“First and foremost for me was the fact that I didn't feel pressurised into making an immediate decision and left it overnight to consider. We knew that we wanted a River Douro cruise and after discussing with Erin on a number of occasions during the day, it came down to a choice of two different options. Erin was patient, telephoned when she said she would and provided me with an exciting cruise choice. I agonised overnight over the enticing dilemma and decided to go with the one that virtually matched my initial criteria. All major aspects of my requirements have been met and I am well satisfied with Erin and her work to satisfy my preferences. Looking forward to Viking River Cruises trip on Portugal's River Douro in 2019.”

“Clare Conway who made our booking was very helpful and efficient. I cannot comment any further on the holiday because we have not gone yet. Since making the booking I have received adverts from River Cruises every day and this is slightly annoying as I am not interested in booking another holiday at present.”

“Sophie Milligan was so very helpful and went over and above to help. When she didn't know an answer, she found the information out very quickly. It does make life a little easier, when spending quite a bit on what we hope will be a great holiday, to have someone so helpful on the end of the phone. Thank you Sophie.”
