Had a problem with future River Cruise and decided that we would cancel due to operation being cancelled and no date given for future, due to Covid 19. Estelle Peachey was xcelent in the way she dealt with our query. All sorted and very pleased with outcome thank you for all your help, you couldn't have been for helpful

Had a problem with cancelling River Cruise due to forthcoming operation. With Covid 19 setting in couldn't get date for operation and waiting list longer. Estelle Peachey sorted this out for us and we are very happy with the result. Thank you Estelle

The booking procedure was easy to follow and efficient. In addition , the work carried out to resolve the issues resulting this year's coronavirus pandemic, carried out particularly by Lindsey Maccracken was much appreciated.

Tried to contact River Voyages previously, and didn't even get an acknowledgement, so wasn't impressed at the time. When they contacted me though, could not fault them. Rearranged our Danube river cruise for next year, and Lyndsey, who dealt with our booking, was excellent. Even ended up with 200 Euros on board credit. Very impressed with the service indeed.

Took long time to get through. Long time to get rebooked. Did not appear that offer from Riviera and river voyages regarding rebooking was honoured. Still had to pay more.

Despite the problems of staff working from home response to my request to rebook a cruise that had been cancelled (COVID) was excellent. There was a small hiccup with sending the confirmation document which may well have been at my end but Lyndsey sorted it out and everything is now complete.

We received an email on 13/03/020 telling us our river cruise had been cancelled and we requested a refund. Our cruise was beginning on the 04/04/2020. I called them on 22/05/2020 as we had not received our refund. We were assured that our refund was put to the front of the queue. We are still waiting on 02/06/2020. I am on hold (over 2 hours so far after being cut off after the first 55 minutes) after calling them. I think this is unacceptable. I feel that I am being fobbed off and am finding it impossible to get hold of this company to get my money refunded.

I have always booked my river cruises through RiverVoyages.com I get excellent advice and service. I always feel they are working for me not the companies !

The travel consultant Maura was very helpful and advised me on rebooking my cruise which was due to be cancelled due to the current situation regarding covid 19.

Hi l was very glad that Janet delt with with my holiday due to the virus , we would have had to cancel with also ,the flight from Birmingham also being cancelled as well it made traveling to an nother airport it made it difficult , but Janet went out of her way to find a flight that would be ok ,my husband being in not to good health wise , and being 83 years bless Janet

Initially the service was very poor and frustrating as our cruise was cancelled on 11 th March and we failed to get support for some 8 weeks from both scenic and Six Star. We finally resorted to writing to the MD’s of both companies. We were then put in the hands of Lyndsey and since then the service has been excellent. The rating we have given is based on Lyndsey’ service.

Emma was extremely helpful and assisted us in rebooking our holiday for next year and is in process of arranging a refund in respect of our travel companions as, unfortunately, our travel companions are unable to travel on the available dates with us.
