“Hello. I've swapped my usual brand (based in Yorkshire) for Rington's. One of the deciding factor was my understanding that Ringtons tea bags are now plastic free. The other important consideration is flavour! While you have to leave the Rington's tea bag in for longer, the flavour is beautifully rounded and smooth. I like a strong cuppa so tend to leave it for up to 5 minutes.”
“I used ringtons used ago, but I moved and couldn’t find them in the area. I’ve moved back and started using ringtons again wow I missed their coffee and cookies. They are lovely and tasty. All food is of a high standard but so is their tea and coffee”
Hi Sue,
Wonderful to hear you’ve come back to us and are enjoying our coffee, cookies, and loving the great quality of everything. Thanks so much for sharing your kind words!
Kind regards,
Team Ringtons
“My order arrived quickly eve though it was only a few days to Easter. The Gold tea was full of flavour with a lovely aroma. All the biscuits were very tasty, lovely combination and well made. Rington's is definately on a par with the London food emporiums, if not better and very good value without skimping on quality.”
Hi Anna-Maria,
Wonderful to hear you enjoyed the Gold tea and the biscuits, and that your order arrived quickly. We’re delighted you think Ringtons is on par with the best and great value too.
Kind regards,
Team Ringtons

“Bought some delicious chocolates and also the triple chocolate cookies and also some apple cookies. They were a gift for my partner. Foolishly thought they’d last a week or two but nope. Gone within two days. Yes, two days!!! That shows just how good they all were. I shall be ordering more, but not until I have gotten over the shock of how quickly they were devoured the first time! :-) Delicious!”
Hi Nicola,
Delighted to hear the treats were a hit and disappeared in record time—that’s the best kind of proof they’re delicious! Thanks so much for sharing and we can’t wait to help you brighten your partner’s next gift.

“We ordered a present to be sent to our wonderful friend in Oxford for Easter time. They were absolutely thrilled when they received the gift and they loved the fact Ringtons was a traditional tea company based in Newcastle since 1907, on the doorstep to where we live. We ordered the biscuit box selection but also the marshmallows, caramel wafers and fruit cake, which we love as Liam our Ringtons supplier comes to our door every month with Ringtons goodies. Big thankyou to Ringtons also as they sent a complimentary chocolate fudge cake in with their present. Highly recommend Ringtons as love all the beautiful products, all excellent quality. Been a customer for many many years”
Hi Susan,
Wonderful to hear the gift brought joy to your friend in Oxford and that they loved learning about Ringtons’ history. We’re so glad the biscuit box, marshmallows, caramel wafers, fruit cake, and the monthly doorstep deliveries hit the mark and how lovely that we could add a complimentary chocolate fudge cake too. Thank you for your loyal support over the years.
