“I ordered a Monty hamper to be delivered to my friend for her retirement and paid a small amount extra to have a gift card included so she would know it was from me. Unfortunately no card was enclosed and when I didn't hear from her I had to awkwardly ask if she had received anything from Ringtons. This spoilt my surprise. The product itself was lovely but disappointed with the lack of my gift card and message.”

We're sincerely sorry that your gift message was not in your parcel. Before Christmas we proactively sent emails to those customers who could have potentially been affected by a fault with our gift message printer. Sadly this issue was not communicated to us before some orders were processed. As a result some parcels were sent without messages included. We are so sorry this error has occurred this is not the experience we want for our customer especially at this time of year when gifting is so important.

“There is a good choice to choose from and I’m very pleased to see a choice of Organic too, there is just enough products otherwise as a consumer you start to feel overwhelmed.
The sizes of the products are wonderful, unlike other major brands you don’t feel downsized at all for eg the size of your snowballs. Everything tastes great and I liked the messge gift tag for one pound. Very useful to attach to people’s gift boxes over Christmas. It’s the little things !

Made up as on the box. Left in for 2.5 hours felt good on the top.no nice christmas smell.ledt to cool..eventually got out of the container and raw at the bottom

We wanted to mention first that we care deeply about the quality of our products, and that’s something we’ll never compromise on. Over the last couple of years, the cost of cocoa has risen significantly, and like many others, we’ve really felt the impact. Rather than change the chocolates themselves or push the price of the bigger box up too high, we made the decision to reduce the pack size from 350g to 200g, and the price has been adjusted accordingly from £11.99 down to £9.99. That way, the chocolates stay just as you know and love them. It wasn’t an easy choice, but we felt it was the fairest way to maintain the quality of the product while still making sure they’re accessible for our customers. “My Sister was pleased with her gift but was lucky to receive it. The parcel was left at a different address and was left out all night despite there being a parcel box. Good product but, very poor delivery service and I paid extra for the delivery!!!”
