“Because of the Easter holidays Chris my usual ddoor to door salesman was on holiday so i ordered through the online way for the first time. Goods arrived within 4 days and were strongly packed. It was easy to order and everything i wanted was in stock. Would definately order again. The things a girl does for the rhubarb cookies and lemon cake..”

“Easy to order, sent to a friend for a birthday gift. personalising with a gift message would of made it perfect. I had to tell her it was from me and what to expect
otherwise great experience”
Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you found it easy to order and that you were able to send it as a birthday gift. I’m sorry you couldn’t add a gift message to your order on our website, I know how important those little touches can be.
Just so you know for next time, when you’re purchasing one of our gift boxes, you’ll find an “Add a Gift Message” button just below the “Add to Basket” option. If you’re putting together a selection of items, you can also search “gift message” in the search bar, which will take you to the same page.
Of course, if you ever need a hand, feel free to give us a call before placing your order, we’re always happy to help, and we can even place the order for you over the phone. 😊
Kind regards,
Team Ringtons
