“Chocolate on Turkish delight tastes cheap and the chocolate had a white bloom to it. Fairly quick postage however they really need to rethink how products are posted, two big boxes for items which would easily have gone in one of those boxes with plenty space for bubble wrapping.”
“Only just started using teabags and there are quite a few that the perforation along the side are not sealed and are empty of tea. Disappointing. Never had this problem before Biscuits are great as usual tasty ??”
“Easy to order on the site however the christnas tree tin although ordered was not included in the box of items. Did not receive notification about this and have had no response to the email enquiring about the tin and when it would be delivered. It was noted that it was in stock online. The itens received were all nice but the order is not complete and you have taken payment for the missing item. This package was also a gift, again rather disappointing over all.”
“The contents of the Hamper are excellent but I feel there should be a choice to have decaf tea/coffee. However it would have been better if the box had had a festive theme as it is very boring and dull.”
“Product given as gift - apparently good. However, order not dispatched on time - paid for express delivery and didn?t happen. Ordered 24th Jul but delivery not advised until 27th July. Confusion between Ringtons and Courier (DPD). Ringtons said parcel had been collected and due for delivery on 26th but DPD said parcel was still awaiting collection from Ringtons dispatch. Disappointed.”
“I think its good Ringtons have decided to do less packaging, reducing the plastic they use. However, why have they decided to make Tea more expensive for 50 now than it was for 100. Surely if they reduce the cost of the packing, they're saving money. I would sooner have more packaging and pay less than them charging nearly £2 for 50 tea bags. Feeling ripped off. I think I'll be going back to Yorkshire Tea !!”
“I’ve been having my tea delivered for over 30 years but when he arrived this time he didn’t have any of my order left as he wasn’t coming for two months and had dished it out too the previous customers so I had to order on line. Wasn’t pleased that I then had to pay for delivery under a certain amount and then had to go without any tea because it took an age to actually come.”
“Great products but many of the boxes of items came damaged and bashed in and they are for Christmas gifts - therefore not very good packaging as they didn't have any cushioning in the box to prevent this.”
“I wish ringtons would get deliveries sorted, it takes forever to get your order and stop sending out review requests before your order has been picked, never mind delivered. Ordered 2/12/22 and still not been picked / boxed.”
