I've given three stars purely because you use Royal Mail. Had a measage from Royal Mail to say there was problem with the delivery and they could'nt deliver. Tried to ring Ringtons to see what the problem could be but could'nt get through. Two hours later the parcel arrived. Had similer problem with the last order. PLEASE change your delivery company. I have requested other company's to do this and they have abliged. I would give five stars on the quality of goods

I received 2 of the items I ordered, I have had a diary every year for the past 20 years- disappointing that there was not enough to go round. The salesman said the biscuit selection would be delivered next time. Our new salesperson is a helpful pleasant chap. Customer from Pickering.

My mother bought from the doorstep for years. She also bought my husband a diary every year. As she's passed I ordered one for him this year and a couple of treats for us. We were both disappointed with the quality of the Milk Chocolate Mallows and Caramel Wafers. Both tasted really stale. Also feel the quality of the diary is going downhill. I wouldn't mind paying more for quality. I'm just hoping this is a one off after having my mum purchasing from them for years, I do hope their quality isn't goung to be compromised.

Excellent value for money items are value for money. Salted caramel cremes and mint cremes are to die for .

Disappointed, biscuits broken. Can't understand why it was delivered in separate boxes especially when we are meant to be cutting back on packaging. Didn't have this issue when I had the doorstop service, but the day was changed which meant I couldn't use it anymore. Think I'll be only ordering tea bags in the future.

A little expensive, considering you have to pay for shipping as well.

I don't give anyone full marks so don't be too disgruntled. The reason why I marked the Company 3 stars is because I had a Representative call at my property to ask if I would like Ringtons deliveries, after giving him my details he said the 'Van' would be around in about a week and the Driver would take my order and as a gesture of thanks would furnish me with a packet of Ginger Biscuits. Not only did I not have anyone call to take an order from me but I didn't get any Ginger Biscuits which I love. I have since made orders on-line with Ringtons and received my orders within good time. They have informed me at each step of the delivery and if an item was out of stock they e-mailed to say when it was next in stock which is rather efficient in my books. I haven't seen a Ringtons Van in the street since then either, I don't know whether because of the financial situation of Ringtons if this has been stopped now.

I ordered a gift box and a few other bits as a gift for my parent?s anniversary. I ordered it on 18th October as I needed it delivered by 24th. The delivery took too long and they didn?t receive it until the 26th. I really don?t understand how it took so long to dispatch and deliver

I opted for free 3 to 4 day delivery only to be informed later it's 3 to 4 days from when you decide to dispatch the items which took you another 4 days ...

After buying Ringtons for the last 8 years i have noticed 1 x 50 pack of the 100 pack is always weaker than the other. Ringtons tea is undoubtedly the best its just a shame im only getting 50% of the tea im paying for. We have decided the last order we had would be our last. SHAME!

Not opened the hamper as it’s a gift but got two boxes of marshmallows and they were all squashed. Still taste nice just a bit of a mess

Chocolate on Turkish delight tastes cheap and the chocolate had a white bloom to it. Fairly quick postage however they really need to rethink how products are posted, two big boxes for items which would easily have gone in one of those boxes with plenty space for bubble wrapping.

Easy to order on the site however the christnas tree tin although ordered was not included in the box of items. Did not receive notification about this and have had no response to the email enquiring about the tin and when it would be delivered. It was noted that it was in stock online. The itens received were all nice but the order is not complete and you have taken payment for the missing item. This package was also a gift, again rather disappointing over all.

The contents of the Hamper are excellent but I feel there should be a choice to have decaf tea/coffee. However it would have been better if the box had had a festive theme as it is very boring and dull.
