“Product is great as always however the change of delivery service to Royal Mail is a disaster and could influence whether I continue the longstanding family tradition of using Ringtons in tge future. The Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service was several days late and their tracking service dreadful.”
“I had been looking forward to enjoying Ringtons Belgium chocolates which had just come back into stock and ordered two boxes. Unfortunately they had obviously been stored badly and seem to have melted, become misshaped, and were covered in a patchy white bloom. Although well within date, they were inedible. I photographed them and sent the images to Ringtons who responded immediately and refunded my money which is excellent service. I hope they will look into what caused this as I would like to reorder when a fresh batch comes in. They are normally delicious and well worth the wait.”

Totally my fault but I emailed as soon as I’d realised it had the wrong delivery address and it took 3 days for customer services to come back to me to apologise for the emails not working , by this point I already had the item so it was too late . It was my fault but didn’t think that apology 3 days later was very good and can’t believe a company as large as Ringtons took that long to sort the problem .”
“I was disappointed with this service as I ordered on the Tuesday before Fathers Day as a gift & it wasn't dispatched until the following Tuesday, for some unknown reason, so didn't arrive until the Thursday after the day. I'd ordered based on some biscuits I was given at Xmas & thought they were excellent.”

“If you're struggling to meet demand, don't give innacurate delivery span information on the website. Be honest and transparent about fulfilling the delivery. Dont say it'll be 2 to 3 days if it's going to be a week. You have good products, but your communications could result in a lack of future trust from the consumer.”
