“I have dealt with Ringtons for many years and in Newcastle and David the rep was brilliant as are all the products. I had to move to Cheltenham and their is no Ringtons here. So I telephoned them and ordered my favourite tea and cake. The girl was lovely kind and helpful and as I am 90yrs old very important. I will now keep in touch and buy other things and also all the lovely Christmas goodies that the family love. Thank you.”

“Poor site to navigate slow in putting products in basket .
Biscuits( Ginger & Sultana) that I thought were in my basket were not but on delivery 2 packets of chocolate Crest were
I ordered green packets of loose tea but got tea bags instead- my error as I always get loose tea in green packet and tea bags in blue packet
As I have always had doorstep delivery without problems I will be giving your online shop a miss.
It was only because my normal agent was away that I went online as I myself will be away for next delivery”

“I tried the ginger & lemon tea when staying in a holiday cottage and found it the best I’d come across so I ordered from the company via the website.
Delivery was quick and efficient but with the price of p&p added to the purchase price, it made it fairly expensive. However, I will be ordering again.”

“I bought online from Ringtons 2 types of teabags ie Breakfast blend and Traditional blend.I was looking to taste a strong bright malty taste from these tea bags but was disappointed.The taste was not strong even though i have a jug water filter just for tea drinking.
The tea i normally buy is Thomsons Irish breakfast brew which is strong but not too bitter or too much tannin.
The Ringtons tea bags were delivered on time within a week.
Another point is most tea bags are sold in packs of 80 but these Rington ones were in packs of 50.
If there is a stronger Ringtons tea i would buy but is there one.
I will drink the tea but will think twice about Ringtons

Our Breakfast, Traditional and Gold teabags have all been given a Great Taste Award but do appreciate personal preferences. We always aim to provide a range of flavours to meet everyone's expectations, it would be interesting to get your feedback on "our ultimate" Gold tea bags, infuse for 3-5 minutes for the perfect cuppa.
