“I am extremely disappointed with Rington's latest effort. My recent order with you was a repeat of one that I did a couple of years ago whereby I placed an order for biscuits for delivery to a relative who lives the other side of the country- and Yes- guess what- i received the biscuits!? My request was very carefully dealt with as I scrolled through your menu. I got nowhere with your people when I challenged them over the 'phone- very unimpressed- it was a mistake to deal with you.
