“The delivery followed the instructions I gave. what i dont like is not being able to place an order in person living quite close to the main office. Before you could even get things from the office. Not everyone has or wants to use a computer. I think Ringtons has alack of knowledge of the market also a big percentage of ringtons tea dont have computers.”

Would have preferred the order to arrive in a Ringtons cardboard shipping box rather than the plastic bag wrapping. Other than that all good.”

I reordered and item arrived almost within time scale. The only criticism I have is the cost of packaging. It’s quite expensive on one item.”
“I ordered three gift hampers for friends and family. Which were delivered on time and I have been told in excellent condition. The only problem that I encountered was on trying to order my first choice of hampers, which were out of stock, I requested an notification email when they came back in stock which I received, but when I tried to order them they were still out of stock.”
