“There was the usual efficient, polite service from your call centre (Sabrina on this occasion) when I first contacted you and also a later phone call to offer me an earlier appointment than originally arranged if I wanted (yes please!). When the plumber (Robert) arrived he was extremely polite and efficient completing the job quickly with no fuss leaving everything neat, tidy and clean - a credit to your company! I would certainly have no hesitation recommending your company to other people.”
