Great customer service was given towards repairing a leak caused from the head of a nail underneath the floor boards penetrative a pipe in the bathroom and causing a drip through the floorboards to the Hall below. Plumber Mike worked swiftly and efficiently explaining each stage of the job as he went along. I felt reassured with the result of his expertise and am more than satisfied with the final result. I am pleased I found RIGHTIO and have taken out an insurance cover with them to safeguard me from further issues. I highly recommend this company for their high standard, quality and care.
