“I phoned up about my broken Electric shower. The call centre operative was very polite and got me a quick appointment on my designated day. Adam came out look at my electric shower. Said it was broke, I mean it was 18 years old so I wasn't too surprised when he said he couldn't get parts for it and I'd need a new one. Adam said the office would sort it all for me and book him back in to install the next day if I was happy with that solution, I said yes. Next day Adam came and installed my shower quickly and efficiently communicated the whole time. The shower that was picked for me is the same colour and an updated version of my old one so I'm very happy with it. Adam was so lovely and helpful and quick at his job and a credit to Rightio. In fact everyone has been lovely, quick, efficient and communication has been great throughout. I had read reviews on line... A lot are bad but I think this is because of the cost. Personally I'd rather pay the extra and have a quick, professional and decent plumber in my home than pay less and be messing about with everything that comes normally with trying to get something in your house fixed.”
