“Liam arrived in the scheduled time he gave. He did a thorough check of boiler and reset the thermostat for me. He also telephoned the thermostat supplier to check what I needed to do when changing the batteries in future so that the auto programme would be saved. Everything is now working well. However, as company handling g customers' initial enquiries I think you should advise them that the £145 is subject to VAT. An additional £20 can be a shock, especially to pensioners.”
