Hence a misunderstanding and waiting in unnecessarily. It was also quite difficult to get through to your customer service desk.”
“Very happy with the engineer who explained everything, was very efficient and friendly. A part was needed to complete the job, the planned date for this to be fitted was changed to the following day, the engineer was not on time and I took over half an hour to make contact with Rightio to chase this matter. The engineer finally rang and did arrive late, but, completed the job. It would have been useful to have received a call when it was clear the engineer was running late, sadly, that did affect our final scoring for the service received.”
