“Very good job done. Engineer got under the property itself, and found a leak which was promptly mended (this had been missed by previous Vokera engineers). The pressure needle also started working properly overnight due to the fix. If anyone asks me for a phone number for boiler faults, it will be that of Rightio (I have made a note of the number).”

“Your call centre and Ralph your engineer who turned up on my third attempt to get an appointment were excellent. Unfortunately you were let down by your first engineer who was not very helpful on his first visit and failed to turn up on subsequent visits albeit one cancellation was caused by the snow. Ralph fixed the problem quickly and with minimum disruption”

“Very helpful gentleman when I called about two blocked drains. Everything was explained re charges up front and received a prompt callback once engineer had been contacted. 2 lovely chaps arrived and solved problem within 30mins. Explained exactly what they had done, very clean tidy job.”
