“Yesterday, my toilet wouldn't flush - only toilet in the house. I called an emergency plumbing firm who said they would respond in 1-3 hours. They arrived 26 hours later! The plumber did a minor repair to my tap, which I had also asked them to do, but said he couldn't mend the cistern as it was too old. Gave me an astronomical quote for a new cistern but wasn't able to say when they could do the job. I declined the offer. Found Rightio website and gave you a call. Immediately impressed by the friendly welcome. You promised to have someone out to me before 6pm. Engineer arrived at about 5pm and fixed my cistern very quickly. The cord had broken on my bathroom light, so he was working by torchlight, which he took with very good humor. All done in about 30 minutes for less than half the cost quoted by the other company. Very impressed and will certainly use you again if needed.”

“The engineer arrived on time very polite immediately inspected the heater and difficult to establish exactly what the problem was managed to locate the defect and repaired it. He took the time to explain what the fault was and the action he had taken.”

“The work done today, by your contractor, was first-class. Your communications were mostly excellent. We were disappointed with your first attempt to send a plumber on Saturday afternoon. With hindsight we feel that he should have been able to complete the job then. He told us that 3.30pm was too late to go to buy the necessary replacement tap. Your second attempt was altogether much more reassuring and efficient.”

“You may think to save a few pounds and not call these guys, I wouldn't. Several electricians later called RIGHTIO the chap identified the issue causing fuse box to trip repaired it and offered advice going forward brilliant service really friendly engineer”
