“Diagnosed the problem with our central heating straightaway and was able to fix it immediately because he was carrying the part in his van. We were extremely pleased that the fault was remedied on the same day that we phoned Rightio for help. Superb service!”

“Jamie, the engineer was brilliant …from start to finish, he was professional, informative, relatable and fair. He kept us informed throughout the process and the replacement boiler was completed within 24 hours of initial attendance . Thanks to Jamie and the team, my 84 year old father in law remains warm and healthy . Thank you ⭐️”

“After the initial phone call, the plumber phoned up approx 45mins later to say he'll be there in 30mins, he turned up on time and repaired my leaking toilet roughly within the hour, nice chap was polite and explained everything he had to do. Would recommend..”

“I rated Alex a 10. He is a very pleasant, efficient young man. I had several jobs to be dealt with none of which were major but he explained everything as he went along and also suggested possible alternative actions in the future regarding replacing rather than repairing items as being the better option economically. Overall I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.”

“Super fast job and friendly staff at customer service. A professional gas engineer was behind our door only after 3 hours. The boiler and cooker got check and as a new connection everything got sorted within few hours of calling them. I was kept well informed by text message and felt valued customer till the end. It couldn't be simpler than this, thank you Rightio! I would definitely recommend you to anyone needing a super fast job yet budget friendly.”
