“On 9th January 2023, I called Rightio and got a response straightaway. A subcontractor engineer turned up that evening, looked at the problem and went away. I later received a quote for, as it turned out, a bill for £580.00
The original engineer was unable to return.
On 19th January 2023,one of Rightio's own engineers turned up and the job did not involve as much work as originally estimated nor did it involve draining my cylinder or take as long to do. A valve was replaced and I was pleased that Rightio had adjusted my bill to £216.74.
I have taken an annual policy with them which also got me a discount on this job.
I would gladly recommend them for being patient with my panicked calls based on this problem being an urgent one for me as I am soon going on a short holiday and feared returning home to a flooded house.
