“The most incompetent and unprofessional company we have ever dealt with! Was left without heating or hot water for 4 days! Given attitude by the staff with argue with customers, promised call backs that never came, told conflicting information and different story every time my husband and I chased and then was charge £324 for the pleasure! No one should use this company and if you do do so with caution”
