“The items I bought were all for my stealth bomber b52..they came pretty quick considering they've come from Australia...I'm waiting for your team to get back to me with another price on my pedal arms for b52...thanks ill use this £10.00 voucher on my purchase cheers...”

“Service was great. Shipping was next day delivered, everything came safe and nicely oacjaged. They sent the wrong scooter version but customer service was fantastic and was very quickly resolved. Few nitpick which I'm unsure is RnGs fault directly is 3 bolts were fitted incorrectly and the scooter didn't ship with the accessories advertised to come with if ordered directly from apollo. The bolts were quickly rectified easily and RnG never advertised these accessories came with it anyway. Overall great experience.”

“Helpful staff who answered all my queries about owning a one wheel Further gave personalised instructions and great one to one introductory tutorial prior to my purchase. Since I’m 63 and never tried a board sport before I wasn’t sure I could ride a pint eX one wheel,but have managed well. After only a couple of hours I am happily riding in figures of eight patterns,and having great fun. Many Thanks Dave”

“Purchased a OneWheel from the R+G website. Received a call an hour later saying it was actually out of stock. Received my refund a few days later. Bought the OneWheel from someone else but came back to R+G for a fender. Bought + delivered without issues.”

“Excellent service. Possibly an enquiry could be responded to a little more quickly. I recently thought about a new scooter, which was turned down on finance, not r and gs fault, however bummed out about that, as i have no issues with r and g, nor with finance, which is all up to date.”

“Would have been a 5 if communication with information over the hold up of the bikes, I had to keep checking in to get any information. The problem as it happens wasn’t ride +glides it was with Super73; warehouse, so sorry guys information to your customers is what let you down,”

“Always a pleasure to deal with, only one small issue I ordered an XR charger port plug with the new GT I ordered, unfortunately I never received the mint blue XR plug. I called up and asked what had happened but still haven't heard anything.”

“Ordered a Dualtron Victor and seemed decent at first however there are a number of issues that make the scooter unsafe to ride (e.g. extremely wobbly stem and brake lights barely flashing) I have contacted Ride and Glide regarding the return and I’m awaiting the refund. The issue is Dualtrons fault as they are the manufacturer. Ride and Glide has been quite helpful and will definitely change review to 5 star once my refund has been processed. Cheers (would have been nice if I didn’t have to pay both shippings as the scooter wasn’t as described)”

“Service and transaction was good. I even got a spare ride + guide cap with my purchase of Onewheel one. Only downside I faced was that it took almost a month to come. I imagine importing times but overall very impressed with the service”

“Super quick delivery, just as well. I've been putting off getting a pint for 3 years! Should've bought one sooner, only been on short rides so far but it's great fun. A bit disappointed to open the package to find some of the wrapping already removed and by the looks of it, the tyre been taken around the shop floor but it's all working well.”

“You Will Never Ever Buy An Electric Scooter That Ticks All The Boxes, No Matter How Much You Pay For It. But What You Get With The VSETT 10+ Is A Scooter That Has An Excellent All Round Build Quality, Has A Top Speed Of Up To And Over 40 MPH, And Costs Less Than Two Thousand Pounds. This Equals A Good Deal At A Reasonable Price. I Believe You Will Struggle To Find A Better Scooter On The Market Today Than The VSETT 10+ , I Give It 4.9 Out Of 5 Stars. Now That`s An Honest Review.”
