“Words cannot express how grateful I am for Richard Nelson LLP. I came to them while i was under a desperate situation and had no knowledge of the legal procedures. From the 1st email enquiry to the trial, Jacqui Callan's team where nothing but supportive, and very professional. I had consistent and updates and always great communication from the team. Mr Gibbs made time to answer any question I and my family had, I felt Megan was so approachable and we could tell we were in great hands. “Dealing with an allegation was a very difficult for me, I didn’t know what to do or how to manage a tough situation. I shopped around and spoke to various law firms and I had an overriding feeling that many of them viewed my predicament as an opportunity for them to make money. Jacqui was brilliant, she explained everything to me and never focused on fee’s instead trying to understand my case and making me feel at ease.
