“We had a new product, perfect fit shutters, fitted onto our two front windows a couple of days ago. The young lady at the Wylde Green shop in Sutton Coldfield was most helpful. Dean and his mate arrived promptly to measure up. The order came in quickly and they were fitted by Dean and his mate in time for Christmas. We are absolutely thrilled with them. Everything was done carefully & efficiently. We were shown how they were best operated & could be removed easily for window cleaning etc. Thank you both.”

“Measured twice, fitted once, powerd, blackout roller blinds on 9 windows that look great and work perfectly. On the pre-arranged day of fitting, the lads were on time and did a great job. They were very helpful, polite and clean and tidy to the point of OCD. Thanks”

“Have used this company for roughly 20 years, not any more. Asked for a home visit, only wanted a bathroom blind, but was told it has to be a minimum order of £250 for home visit. Off to Dunelm now to buy blind and fit ourselves. Will not recommend again.”

Hi, We are sorry that you are disappointed with our company on this occasion. We do have a minimum order value - but it is £200 rather than £250. The service we offer for this is someone travelling to your home to expertly measure your windows, show samples to you and advise you on products and then process the order on your behalf. As a company we then make the blind expertly to your exact specification and sizes. We then send a fully trained installer, along with all of the the tools and the fixings needed, to travel to your home to install the blind for you. Our prices include VAT and all of the work at your home is fully insured and guaranteed. We hope you can appreciate that this service does cost us in terms of staff time, vehicle fuel etc, and we think it is very good value for money - and we know that our minimum charge is substantially less than many of our national competitors. If however you wanted to measure yourself, travel to our store, order a product and then fit it yourself - as you describe in your review - then the cost would be much lower. Made to measure blinds from us, for customers wishing to fit them theirselves, can start from as little as £40. But this is a very different service to the one you requested. We hope this explains our position over this. We always try and be as competitive as we can, whilst balancing the costs of sending experts to your home to provide the requested service for you. “Two more jobs by Reynolds Blinds: 1) roman blind and 2) shutters on a bay window. Couldn't be happier. The roman blind is beautifully made and a perfect fit. The shutters look incredible. I'm so glad Rob came to measure for the shutters because he gave brilliant advice about what would best suit the window (slightly different to what I thought I wanted). The result is perfect. Rob and Alex did a superb job fitting the shutters - they have attention to detail, take great pride in their work, and are clean and professional. I am absolutely delighted. I highly recommend Reynolds Blinds - excellent products and lovely people providing excellent service with a personal touch.”

“Second time using Reynolds Blinds. First time was conservatory roof blinds, which are fantastic. This time roman blinds for a bedroom bay window. Excellent service throughout - from Dean in the shop who patiently helped with fabric choice (there's a huge range to choose from), Adrian who came to measure and Derek who expertly fitted the blinds. I am absolutely delighted, the blinds look beautiful. Reynolds is a great company - friendly staff, competitive prices, reliable and fast service. Highly recommend.”

“I am happy about my blinds, but I am unhappy about the service I experienced in Banbury. When I complained I received poor response. I would not recommend anyone using the Reynolds in Banbury. And I told them as such.”

“Disappointed with the installation. Two blinds have fallen down since they were installed, one of which we replaced with something else. Installer screwed directly into old plaster - no rawl plugs. So of course this wasn’t going to hold up. I have had to do a lot of DIY on these.”

Hi, Sorry to hear you are having problems with your blinds. We have checked our phone records and cannot find a recent call regarding blinds that have fallen down, and without any details we will struggle to assist. All of our installations carry a 2 year warranty, and some products carry up to a 10 year parts warranty. If you want to give us a call on 0333 0044000 and give our team some details we will always look to help. Regarding the installation, it is very difficult to ascertain whether it is correct or not without knowing more details. Sometimes a plug will not be used if the installer sees poor plaster and there is a better fixing behind like wood or steel.

“The service from Reynolds Blinds (Kings Norton) for the selection and installation of a Markilux MX3 Awning has been excellent! Our initial contact was with Nick Roper, who is the oracle on awnings, and with Nick's advice we were able to select the awning that best suited our needs. The whole process of purchase and installation was very straightforward, which was enhanced by the installation team of Joe, Derek and Alex. Joe, Derek and Alex spent time to ensure the awning was installed with precision and spent time with us detailing its functions and how to operate it. “Very happy with our new plantation shutters! Will keep out more light in the summer, shade us from the heat of the sun and keep us warmer in the winter. They look so good. Very happy with the whole process from quote, measuring up and fitting. Our fitters, Alex and Mitchell did a fabulous job. They were punctual, considerate, efficient and polite and were able to answer all our questions. They worked well together and tidied up well after themselves too, leaving us very pleased. Thanks to John and Sonia too. The office kept us well informed as to the progress of our orders. We are completely satisfied with the service Reynolds Blinds have given us and would highly recommend the team.”
