“We were recommended this company by a friend as we were having a very difficult time finding a suitable company to deal with our particular circumstance. Our contact Wendy, listened to our situation, assured us she could help. Good to her word she found a solution, clarified everything and promptly went off and set everything up. We got constant updates on her progress, and in what seemed relatively little time, everything was in place. Absolutely fantastic service. Will not hesitate to use this company for our future plans. “It can be difficult and confusing making decisions around pensions. I collected quotes from a number of companies before opting for the Retirement Desk. I liked that they produced the best rate and that their charges were very clear. I also liked that, unlike some of the other companies offering this service, they were not pushy. Once I had taken the decision to take up their offer, Lisa did a great job of handling the move. She kept me updated throughout the process. I am very happy to thoroughly endorse the Retirement Desk.”

“I recently had surgery followed by chemotherapy, due to the fatigue both mental and physical which comes with the treatment I did not have the energy to understand fully all my pension options nor do battle with the paperwork and searches of various pension providers that would normally ensue. I contacted The Retirement Desk (after checking it was a legitimate company), within a few hours Kay Martin called from the Company and we discussed what my options were. Kay then went away to obtain quotes from various pension providers, the quotes covered the options I was interested in finding out about (an Annuity and time linked drawdown). With this information I felt I could make an informed decision; I then chose the pension provider which gave me the best return on the available funds. Kay obtained and completed much of the paperwork, just needed some additional information and a few signatures from myself. There was no obligation to continue at any point. I was extremely happy with the service and would advise using this company to anyone who wanted to get the best return on their investment and a hassle free pension.”

“The retirement desk takes all the stress out of having to negotiate the complexity of switching pension providers. Wendy was outstanding. “Very impressed. The two ladies who handled my pension were very friendly and amenable they kept me informed every step of the way. They sorted out everything and dealt with the company (Metlife) who I wished to move away from which was a great help I didn't have to chase them up and within short period of time I had all funds transferred to new Company which was also sourced by the retirement desk after asking what I required. They made everything effortless on my part and gave me peace of mind. I can't recommend them enough.”

“I recently decided to draw out my pension and after much deliberations rang the pension desk. A call back from Wendy O’Beirne and I was on my way. Wendy made it so easy combining several pension pots, and dealing with all of the correspondence, so that all I had to do was add my signature, I was kept informed At all times and there was always someone to answer my questions.”
