“The whole procedure was extremely easy. As I started receiving information about my pensions and began reading up on what I wanted I found the whole thing very daunting. But The Retirement Desk made it so easy and within a week or two the pension was set up and ready to go. They listened, advised and then gave me my best options it was just so simple. I will certainly be telling my friends and colleagues to use The Retirement Desk.”

“I used The Retirement Desk to manage one of my retirement plans and had 5 star service all the way. Wendy always kept me in the loop with everything she did first by phone (when she could reach me) but also by email. Although I had not heard of the company prior to contacting them (who does before retirement) I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.”

“Kay Martin's help and advice was provided in a friendly, courteous and most professional manner, resulting in a speedy solution that was just right for my needs. From start to finish, I received regular updates, and everything was explained to me in a straightforward and readily understood manner - no jargon or acronyms at all!! And ALL my questions were answered. The Retirement Desk made this a painless transaction - everything was done for me, even down to supplying a prepaid recorded delivery envelope for sending my documents. “What can I say about the excellent service I received from Wendy.... nothing was ever too much trouble for her, even answering with great speed my many questions while setting up my plan and keeping me in the 'information loop' all the way. I have nothing but praise for Wendy (and the team) - in fact so much so that I have asked them to set up another plan for me This is a genuine review from a genuine consumer of the Retirement Desk services - I was nervous at the start as there is a lot of press about annuity/pension scams etc but after my own research and the Government Pension Wise advice then I choose the Retirement Desk and this was, as it all turned out, a great decision. I would highly recommend you put this team at the top of your list if you have a retirement need coming up … they really are very good! Finally, A Merry Xmas and a Happy & prosperous 2019 to you all!”
