“Kay Martin at Retirement Desk has been very helpful in sorting out the transfer of our pension from a very uncooperative company where we failed to get anywhere with them. She found the best deal for what we required, kept us informed at every stage and went the extra mile in dealing with this awkward company. Thank you Kay.”

“Dealing with maturing pensions is a very important matter especially when it involves large sums of money. Kay Martin was fantastic giving me options that I had not considered and talking me through the terminology in plain easy to understand language. Kay kept me update on the progress of my transfer and application process and all went exactly to plan. “Being a complete novice at anything like this, I was very glad to discover the Retirement Desk. From my initial enquiry where I spoke to Wendy, who explained everything clearly and concisely, to my dealings with Lisa when finally deciding to use the service, it has been an absolute pleasure. Lisa made sure that I was up to speed at every step of the way, always making sure I understood before ending the call, and her text messages for minor issues were very very welcome. “I dealt with Kay at the Retirement Desk when deciding what to do with a small works pension when I retired. She was very helpful in helping me understand my options, including providing guidance on an option I hadn't previously considered. She dealt efficiently with the process and kept me appraised on progress as it went through. I'd certainly recommend them to others.”

“I was dreading trying to sort out my pension details especially getting an annuity, thinking that it would be a long drawn out process with lots of paper work being sent to and fro, how wrong could I have been. I called Retirement Desk and spoke to a very nice and pleasant person Lisa O,Beirne, who has been nothing but helpful from initial enquiry to completion which has been very smooth and stress free, I found the fact that if I called retirement desk it was direct through to the person I was dealing with and if Lisa was away from office and I left a message Lisa always called back. I cannot praise Retirement Desk and especially Lisa enough for what they have done for me”
