“Can wholly recommend The Retirement Desk. After a bad experience with an FCA registered Financial Advisor, there was no one more sceptical than I when I was first contacted by Lisa. My concerns were soon set aside after Lisa explained fully the procedure. I was kept informed every step of the way. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently and in a friendly manner.”

“From the first enquiry and throughout the whole process was easy, clear and transparent. My Retirement Desk consultant, Kay Martin, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She came across as experienced and working in my interests. She kept me up to date with each element of progress with a phone call and an email. I was made aware of the (indirect) costs upfront and was encouraged by her proactive contact. I would definitely recommend the Retirement Desk.”

“Kay at The Retirement Desk has been very helpful in regards taking out an Annuity Pension. Throughout the entire process she kept me up to date with phone calls and emails so that I knew exactly what was happening in regard to my policy being set up. I would definitely recommend The Retirement Desk. All Staff were very helpful.”

“I found The Retirement Desk via an online search and within an hour of registering my interest Lisa O'Beirne telephoned me. She gathered all the information from me and provided a quotation on the spot which was quickly followed up with an email quote. After deciding to proceed, Lisa made all the arrangements liaising with and chasing up the annuity provider until everything was in place.
