“I recently had one of my pensions reviewed by the retirement desk. They came back very quickly with an offer and answers to all my questions. I decided on balance to have retirement desk run with the offer. Kay was the consultant assigned to me, and she handled the case very professionally and promptly. Keeping me informed by phone and email as promised and within the time frame stated. Well done Kay and the retirement desk”

“I contacted The retirement Deck after seeing it advertised on my Google page. The consultant I first spoke to informed me of the options I had regarding an annuity that I wanted to, they told me that they would send me their information pack for me to go through. As I was impressed with the professional lay out of this info I contacted them again to start the process. It was Lisa O’Beirne who answered and from the very start I felt at ease, Lisa was very friendly and professional explaining the next steps in the process. Additional paper work for me to sign was sent and after it was returned to them all the pension companies where I had private pension sent me their acknowledgment paperwork for me to start the to enable all my pensions to be consolidated. In the meantime Kay Martin a consultant from The retirement Deck phone me letting me know now the process was going, again Kay was very friendly and professional. Communication from Lisa and Kay was very frequent letting me know the process things were in and putting my mind at ease as we all know there are a lot of pension scams out there. After a few weeks a letter and a phone call from Lisa informed me that my annuity had been set up and my tax free sum was being put into my bank account. The whole process arranged with Lisa and Kay was absolutely brilliant and was completed with out any problems, thank you again Lisa and Kay and The Retirement Deck, I will highly recommend you. “A huge thank you to Kay at The Retirement Desk. Kay used a series of questions to narrow down the annuity options that were available. She was able to explain the products and answer any questions I had factually. She was then able to provide me with quotations and information of retirement products to fit my needs. Kay was exceptionally good at following things up and keeping me in the loop! We got there in the end!”

“When I was looking to buy an annuity knowing this is my retirement pension I thoroughly looked and enquired at a lot of companies and thought The Retirement Desk was the one for me. Lisa OBeirne who guided me from the onset and explained everything to me in detail was excellent and was very helpful and true too her word about everything and found me a great deal. I would have no hesitation in recommending retirement desk to anyone looking to buy an annuity. “It was a very busy time at work leading up to my retirement & The Retirement Desk looked after my pension application, finding the best value annuity, and doing all of the paperwork for me, making it a stress-free operation; so when I finally retired, my pension was sorted. The service was friendly, and I was always kept up to date with texts, emails & phone calls. I would recommend this service to anyone.”
